   If we talk about Women’s health .its concerns are a little different from those of men. There are some health tips that can make a woman fit and energetic.

Eat a healthy diet:

Women need to eat natural food diet. Eat whole grains and high fiber foods
. Women should avoid junk food.  They need to use low fat dairy foods in their diet. Today, the food has more effect  on health than environment. By eating unhealthy food we meet serious health issues that are highly avoidable. Women should try some raw vegetables such as celery, carrots, broccoli and cucumbers. Women need to get vitamins and nutrients in their food.







Exercise:

Women need to exercise at least 30minuts a day. Heart diseaseis a basic cause of death.Exercise can be helpful to keep the heart healthy.  They must do walking, jogging or bicycling to be fit. If they cannot manage jogging or walking they can have exercise machine at home.




Avoid risky habits:

Sometimes women use to adopting risky habits. As they do drugs,drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes.These habits can be very harmful to the health so these habits are
 highly avoidable. Women need to stay away from not only the cigarettes but also from people who smoke.








Manage stress:

Whatever stage of life, a woman is going through. She deals with a lot of problems and troubles so she suffers from a lot of pressure and stress. Stress is a leading cause
 of many diseases.  So she needs to calm herself down to keep herself healthy.








Sun safely:

Sun’s harmful rays can cause the skin cancer. So women should avoid the excessive exposure to these rays.  Women use microwave oven for baking.  According to a research microwave oven produces some rays. These rays absorb in the food and cause the stomach cancer so they should avoid such machines.
